Hi all,
Jay’s team of very competent doctors all came into agreement today that surgery to repair his twisted intestine was probably inevitable and ideally, the sooner the better so as to avoid more serious issues. So we made the decision tonight to go ahead with the surgery right away. Jay just went in. There are so many overwhelming feelings that are coming up for him having this just-healed wound opened again and he really needs your support. So send love if you can around 10/10:30 when the surgery will probably start.
Jay has a brave spirit, his body is resilient, his surgeons are good, and his circle of loving support is strong. I am grateful for those things in this challenging time.
I’ll update this page as soon as I know how the surgery went.
